I still don't know why you don't put your Emmy on the resume. Hell, I'm tempted to put it on *my* resume. I put some pretty minor awards on my resume ... OK, I don't include the time I won an essay contest in high school, but the Emmy seems fairly well-related to your job and a good indicator of your success in it.
hmm... well, I guess I just don't, personally, think it's that great for a few reasons. a) it's only regional b) many people can win in one category c) it was for a spot that I didn't really think was that good.
